A yacht chef on a 12-guest charter prepares 3 meals daily for 12 guests + 6 crew, often plus snacks, plus pre-charter provisioning, all in a galley a fraction of the size of a land restaurant kitchen, on a moving platform, with single-source-supply constraints.
Top yacht chefs hold Michelin-restaurant experience and command salaries equivalent to executive chefs ashore. Can the chef accommodate dietary restrictions?
