When to book
Late June through early September is the friends-trip peak (everyone's holiday schedules align). September is the smartest week for friend groups in their 30s+ (warmer water than June, fewer crowds, lower rates). Book 6-9 months ahead for peak August.

- Decide the cabin layout BEFORE booking. The arguments don't happen on the boat if they're resolved before.
- Plan one beach-day, one village-evening, one boat-only day every two days. The cadence keeps the trip varied without overstuffing.
- Brief the chef on each guest's preferences. By day 3, lunch becomes the meal of the day.
- Cocktail hour at sunset is the social rhythm of a friends week. Brief the hostess on signature drink preferences.
- Tip convention is 12-15% of base rate, split. Decide upfront how the group splits the gratuity; saves awkwardness at end.

How much is the week?

Can friends have separate flight arrival times?
Yes. Yachts can meet guests at agreed Cycladic islands mid-charter (Mykonos, Paros, Naxos all have direct flights). Brief us on planned arrivals at booking.
What about different dietary preferences?
Chefs accommodate the full range. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, allergies - brief us 3+ weeks ahead.
Should we rent one yacht or split into two?
One yacht is cheaper and more cohesive. Two yachts (multi-yacht flotilla) makes sense for 13+ guests, or when different couples want very different cabin layouts.
