Contracts and invoices are in euros under MYBA terms, and the charter fee is paid by bank transfer in the instalments the contract sets out; a card is not the instrument for a charter fee. A UK bank converts sterling at the day's rate, or fixes it on request. The APA is also paid by transfer before boarding and reconciled at the end.

No. Greek charter VAT is invoiced at the yacht's certified rate, 5.2, 6.5, 7.8 or 12% on a weekly crewed charter, regardless of the guest's nationality, and the treatment is identical before and after Brexit. What Brexit changed is the passport queue, not the contract.

No. A UK passport enters the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period without a visa, and a charter week uses seven of them. The passport should be valid for the period the border rules require; the crew hold a copy of every guest's passport for the port authority, which is why the preference sheet asks for scans before boarding.
