Can I exceed 12 guests for a single event aboard?

Yes for day events (lunch, sundowner) - day-guests count separately from overnight guests under SOLAS. The 12-cap is for overnight passengers. Birthday dinners with 18 aboard for one evening are normal.

What if my group is 14-16?

Multi-yacht flotilla: two yachts in parallel formation, shared itinerary, alternating dinner host. Common arrangement for milestone events. Each yacht is priced from its own rate card, one price per yacht per week, so the cost is two Index bands side by side rather than a multiple.

How early should I book for peak summer?

The largest yachts commit their July and August weeks close to a year ahead; the 35 to 40 metre band fills through the winter. For a peak week in 2027, the conversation starts in the autumn of 2026.
