Why George Yachts
For this brief specifically
Every yacht in this band is priced from its current rate card on the Greek Charter Index, so the shortlist you receive carries the same numbers this page does.
A US company (Wyoming) with its broker in Athens: MYBA-standard contract, the week fully crewed by definition, VAT and APA itemised before signature.
Captain matched to the party, not to the calendar: three or four couples, a family with children and a corporate group get different boats at the same budget.
Frequently asked
About this charter type
What's the difference vs a €60k charter?
At EUR 60,000 net base the Index puts you at the top of the 26 to 31 metre motor band or in a 20 to 22 metre power catamaran; at EUR 100,000 you are inside the 35 to 40 metre motor band (EUR 59,900 to 150,000) or the 23 to 24 metre catamarans. The step buys a fifth cabin, one or two more crew, a fuller toy inventory and, on the motor yachts, stabilisers at anchor as well as under way.
Which yachts should three or four couples with USD 100,000 all-in consider?
Take USD 100,000 as roughly EUR 92,000 at 2026 rates. With APA of about 30%, VAT at 12% and a 12% gratuity on top of the base, the base to shop is EUR 55,000 to 60,000. On the Index that is a 26 to 31 metre motor yacht (EUR 35,900 to 75,000) with four cabins, or a 20 to 22 metre power catamaran (EUR 33,000 to 69,000) with four or five. Send the brief with the dates and the couples; the shortlist names the yachts.
Can I see actual yacht specs before deciding?
Yes. The brief comes back within two hours in season with a shortlist of three to six named yachts, each with deck plans, photographs and the current rate card, and the calculator on this site turns any base rate into an all-in figure for the week.
Is July still available in this band?
July and August weeks in this band are confirmed six to twelve months ahead, and the 2027 rate cards open through the autumn of 2026. A brief sent now for next summer sees the whole band; a brief sent in May sees what is left.
