What's the typical commission split?
We work to a fair, market-respecting split that depends on the size of the charter, whether you bring the relationship or just the introduction, and whether you want us to white-label everything or co-brand. The headline answer: meaningful, paid promptly, and never quibbled. Exact percentages on the call.
How fast is payment?
Within 7-10 days of the signed MYBA-standard contract — not after the charter, not after the season, not after a clearing cycle. Payment by SEPA or international wire in EUR. We send you a written confirmation the day the contract is signed so you know it's coming.
Can I co-broker on a deal?
Yes. Many of our best charters are co-brokered with another agency that brings the relationship while we handle the boat-side. Standard MYBA co-broker terms apply; we sign both sides on every contract so there's no question about who's owed what.
Do I need a partnership agreement before sending a client?
No. We've structured the programme so a first introduction can happen instantly — you write to George with the brief, we come back with a curated proposal, the commission is documented at proposal time. The formal partnership programme exists for partners who want priority allocation, white-label assets, and direct WhatsApp/Telegram channel.
What happens if my client doesn't book?
Nothing happens. No fees, no penalty, no awkward conversation. We treat every introduction with the same care — if it doesn't close this season, we keep the relationship warm for next year. About 35% of our partner introductions convert; the rest become future deals or long-term referral relationships.
