George's Inside Info
“MIA ZOI is a Dutch custom build, and you feel it in the details rather than the brochure: the fittings are bespoke, not catalogue. Ten guests, quick, and a lot of deck for 31 metres. She runs 65,000 to 72,000 euros per week.”

The Yacht in Detail
M/Y MIA ZOI is a 31 metre motor yacht built by Vitters, the Dutch yard, and comprehensively refitted in 2023. Her name means my life in Greek, and she has the bespoke fittings that a Dutch custom yard puts into a boat and a production builder cannot.
Ten Guests, Six Crew
Four cabins take ten guests, including a master and a VIP, with a crew of six on 168 gross tons. Twenty-two knots of cruise and twenty-five available.
Deck Space Out of Proportion
For 31 metres her outdoor areas are unusually generous, which is where guests spend a Greek week. Aluminium construction keeps her light and quick underneath.
The Week She Is Built For
Two or three couples who want quality of build over sheer size, and a week that moves: the Saronic in five nights, or Athens to the near Cyclades and back with time to spare.
A Sample 7-Day Route
What a week aboard M/Y MIA ZOI can look like
Total: 285 NM
- Day 1· 48 NM
Athens (Alimos)→Kythnos (Kolona)
Kythnos keeps its own hours and the anchorage at Kolona is the reason people come back. Two hours on passage at 22 knots.
- Day 2· 43 NM
Kythnos (Kolona)→Milos (Adamas)
Two hours under way. The volcanic coast is white rock cut into the sea, and Kleftiko is only reachable from the water.
- Day 3· 51 NM
Milos (Adamas)→Santorini (the caldera)
Anchoring inside the caldera is a matter of finding the shelf, and the crew will have the spot picked. Reckon on two and a half hours from the last berth.
- Day 4· 18 NM
Santorini (the caldera)→Ios (Mylopotas)
Forty minutes at her cruising speed. Homer is said to be buried at the north end of the island, and the walk there is a good morning.
- Day 5· 25 NM
Ios (Mylopotas)→Paros (Naoussa)
Naoussa is a fishing harbour that grew into an evening, and the old port still works as one. An hour and a quarter on passage at 22 knots.
- Day 6· 35 NM
Paros (Naoussa)→Serifos (Livadi)
Ninety minutes under way. Livadi bay is wide and easy, and the walk up to the old town is worth doing before dinner.
- Day 7· 65 NM
Serifos (Livadi)→Athens (Alimos)
The run back up the coast, Athens on the bow, and the last night alongside. Reckon on three hours from the last berth.
Indicative only - every charter is shaped around your group, the wind, and the season.
