Just under two hours under way. The hot springs at Loutra run into the sea, so you can find the temperature you want by moving a metre.

Kythnos (Kolona)→Athens (Alimos)
The run back up the coast, Athens on the bow, and the last night alongside. Reckon on two and a half hours from the last berth.
