The superyachts this house represents base in Athens, at the marinas of the Athens Riviera, and that is where a Greek superyacht week begins: the country's main airport is half an hour away, the provisioning is the best in Greece, and the whole of the Cyclades opens from the first evening. When to book

On the Greek Charter Index 2026 the yachts above 40 metres book a year or more ahead, and peak weeks below that 6 to 12 months. The Greek season runs May through October; the marquee July and August weeks go first, to repeat clients who hold them season after season. June and September are the discretionary windows: the same yachts, 15 to 25% below peak on the Index, warmer sea in September, and none of the August crush at the anchorages.

Boarding is at the Athens Riviera marinas; the airport is about half an hour away by road. A helicopter transfer is arranged ashore when a principal asks for it.
Brief the captain on principal preferences well ahead of the charter: provisioning, beverages, security detail, communications setup. The captain coordinates with the principal's chief of staff.
Tender count, toys and a helipad are yacht-by-yacht facts stated on each rate card. Confirm the list at booking; nothing is assumed.

What's included in a superyacht charter?

The charter fee covers the vessel, the full crew (six to ten on the motor yachts named here), insurance and the berth at the base marina. APA covers fuel, food, beverages, port fees and marina dockage. VAT is on top. Excludes crew gratuity (10 to 15% of base, at your discretion) and excursions ashore.

Can we use a helicopter from the yacht?

Only if the yacht carries a certified helipad, which is a yacht-by-yacht fact stated on the rate card; ask and we confirm before you commit. Otherwise a helicopter transfer is arranged ashore, to and from the marina or the nearest heliport to the anchorage.
