George's Inside Info
“Kokomo Nights is the event yacht of the classic fleet: 47.5 Picchiotti metres, twelve berths, ten crew, and a 2026 refit so recent the varnish still smells of the shed. Her dining saloon seats the entire party at one table - the thing every celebration charter asks me for and almost no yacht delivers. Book her for the milestone; the milestone will be remembered aboard her. 120,000 to 140,000 euros per week.”
- George P. Biniaris, Managing Broker & IYBA Member
The Yacht in Detail
M/Y Kokomo Nights is a 47.5-metre Picchiotti - the storied Italian yard behind some of the great steel yachts of her era - emerging from a 2026 refit that renewed her from keel plate to sundeck while keeping every line that makes her worth renewing.
She is the largest classic in our fleet and one of the largest crewed charter yachts in Greek waters: coffered ceilings, staircases with actual banisters, saloons in which twelve people can lose one another and be found again at the dinner gong.
Twelve Guests, Ten Crew
Six cabins take twelve guests; a crew of ten under captain and chief officer runs her like the small ship she is - dedicated chef and galley team, stewardesses per deck, engineers below. This is the full-service tier, delivered with a classic's grace.
Space That Cannot Be Built Today
Her interior volumes come from an age before marinas priced the metre: a dining saloon at one great slab table, a main saloon of sofas and card corners, decks that hold the whole party in shade at noon and lantern light at midnight.
Ten knots of steel calm carry the week - Cyclades or Ionian - with the tender fleet, jet ski and boards covering the fast hours.
Where She Makes Sense
Kokomo Nights is chartered for the weeks that matter most: the sixtieth, the wedding party, the family summit. Twelve guests, one long table, and a yacht that makes the photographs look like heritage the day they are taken.
