From Athens the Saronic Gulf (Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Aegina) is reachable for shorter 3-5 day charters. The central Cyclades (Kea, Kythnos, Sifnos, Serifos, Milos) sit 3-6 hours sail south. The Sporades (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos) are reachable in 8-10 hours direct. For 10-14 day charters, the Cyclades plus a southern Peloponnese return loop adds extraordinary variety.

When to book

Athens charter season runs mid-April to late October. June and September are the sweet spots for UHNW charters: warm water, quieter anchorages, 25-35% off August peak rates. July-August is peak - book 9-12 months ahead. Shoulder months (May, October) suit charters where weather flexibility is acceptable.
